Thank you so much for visiting my site and browsing my product collection! I deeply appreciate your interaction and support. And even more so, your contribution to my small business if an order was placed. <3 I very much appreciate your business and hope to keep you as a forever customer.
Before getting to any of the below information, please remember that this is a small business. Solely run by one woman, myself. Please do not resort to posting negativity on social media if you have a question or concern or even a complaint.
Instead, please contact me directly with anything at all that you may have on your mind. :) I am always happy to answer any and all questions or resolve any issues should they arise. I want my customer’s unconditional support and happiness with my products that I pour all of my love into when they’re created.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS:
All returns will be accepted if the following have been met:

Customers must contact Homestead Botanicals within 48 hours of purchase should there be an issue of any kind with the order.
- (Examples: customer ordered wrong product by mistake, wrong scent chosen, etc.)
- Exchange for a different product or the return of the product(s) purchased must be requested within this time frame as well.
- In order for a product to be accepted as a RETURN or an EXCHANGE, the product must be unused, unopened and sealed in the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping of return/exchange item.
- Once the product has been received by Homestead Botanicals and inspected, customers will be contacted if necessary to confirm the correct product to be exchanged and or for refund information. This will mainly be a verification courtesy on my end to ensure that all information is correct or to resolve the issue at hand.

If for some reason, the customer is not satisfied with the scent, application, results, etc of any product purchased - once it is opened/used it is ineligible for a return/refund/exchange. As these are made to order and skincare, I cannot ‘resell’ an opened product as it is a large sanitation issue.

SHIPPING POLICY + INFO:
Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping information.
If your billing address is different from your shipping, please make sure both are listed, and any information entered is spelled correctly.
If you have not received an email saying “order shipped”, and need to CHANGE your shipping information, CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY so we can get it updated.
If your order has been marked “CONFIRMED”, (you will receive an email with each update to your order), this means that you have placed an order, paid, and it is waiting to be fulfilled.
*If an item or items need to be added to your order, BEFORE it is marked “SHIPPED”, PLEASE contact me letting me know, I will send an invoice to get that item or items paid for and will get it added to your package.
If your order has been marked as “SHIPPED”, (again, you will receive an email for each update to your order), this means your order has been packed/fulfilled, and dropped off at a USPS postal facility. Double check your email, you will receive an email with tracking information.
*Shipping time: Please understand, the timeframe that it takes to get from the post office it is dropped off at, to your door, is completely out of my control. I do not provide a faster shipping option as these are all small items and it is not cost effective to do so.

*All emails will be answered in the order that they were received, and will be replied to within 72 hours (3 business days) at a maximum.
LEGAL INFO:
- Each product is clearly labeled with legible labels. If a customer should find the label information is illegible, please contact me directly or read the product description online again and it is the same one on the bottle/jar.
- Label information includes: all ingredients, suggested use, benefits, etc.
- Each product description also states to avoid contact with eyes as it may cause irritation. These products may be used on your face, AROUND / NEAR the eye area; as in UNDER your eyes if you so choose.
- DO NOT put any of the products directly into/rub onto your eyelids.
- DO NOT use outside of label instructions.
- DO NOT use any product if you have a KNOWN ALLERGY to any of the product’s ingredients.
NOTICE: Homestead Botanicals in its entirety is not responsible in any way for any adverse reactions, side effects, allergic reactions, or any similar situations where product was not used as directed, and the above information was not followed.
